10-Yard Fight

Description

10-Yard The perspective in Fight is top-down, and it scrolls vertically. Both offensive and defensive plays are not chosen by the athlete. When the ball is snapped, the player just receives it and decides whether to run with the quarterback, pass to a running back, or throw to one long-distance receiver. This is essentially the option offense. The player selects one of two players to control while the computer controls the other two when defending. Additionally, the ball may be punted or a field goal attempt made.

High school, college, professional, playoff, and Super Bowl are the five progressively more challenging levels of the game. Like a career mode, the player advances to the next level of difficulty if they win both halves of a "accelerated real time" 30-minute half at the easier level.

Any kickoff returned for a touchdown awards a player 20,000 points.
