Araiguma Rascal

Description

The raccoon-like character Rascal stars in the anime series of the same name, which has been adapted into a puzzle video game titled Araiguma Rascal.

The game is played exactly like a Tetris clone, with one major difference: the player is actually in control of Rascal, and uses him to stack items either vertically or horizontally in order to clear them. This gives the game a gameplay style that is comparable to that of Wario's Woods. When you stack three or more items of the same type, they will vanish, resulting in an increase in the length of the green bar at the bottom of the screen. The stage will be cleared as soon as that bar is completely stocked.

There is also a two-player mode that utilises the same gameplay as the single-player mode (where the second player controls Sterling), both cooperatively and competitively, as well as a two-player "course game," in which each player must run along a course by avoiding and pushing obstacles out of the way in order to complete the level.
