Dragon Ball Z - Super Butouden 3

Description

The final entry in the Dragon Ball Z Super Butden series for the Super Nintendo Entertainment System, Dragon Ball Z: Super Butden 3 (also referred to as Dragon Ball Z: Ultime Menace in France) is the conclusion of the Majin Buu story arc that has been chronicled throughout the series. The following playable characters are available: Goku, Goten, Kid Trunks, Majin Vegita, Junior Gohan, Kaiohshin, Majin Boo, Darbura, and C-18. In addition, there is a character named Future Trunks who can be played as a secret character.

The split-screen mode has been preserved, but in addition, you now have the ability to move vertically while still being on the same screen as your opponent. You can also put your button smashing skills to the test by engaging in a struggle with your opponent while pushing with your arms together, or you can perform new Meteor Combos. The scenarios will also be different (primarily based on the Buu saga), and they will include alternate versions of themselves, in addition to taking place at different times of the day.

You have the option of participating in an eight-player martial arts tournament that uses an elimination bracket, or you can choose to engage in one-on-one battles against either the computer or another player. The absence of a Story Mode in Super Butden 3 makes it the only game in the series to not have one. It's possible that this is due to the fact that the game was released in Japan at a time when the Buu saga was still in its very early stages on Japanese television.
