NASCAR Racing
Description
The focus shifts from open-wheeled cars (IndyCar Racing) to closed-cockpit Nascar stock cars in Papyrus' third racing game. On the CD-ROM version, 640x480 is the greatest resolution that is available.
Nascar Racing is a thorough sim with accurate controls, realistic car models, and space for a unique racing style. There are nine courses total, including oval racing and the Watkins Glen road course. The setup and color of the car are completely within your control.
Different driving aids, such auto-shifting and auto-braking, are offered to appeal to a wide audience. The number of laps allows for fine-tuning of races.
Drafting, which allows you to position your car just centimeters off the tail of opponents in front of you, is one of the significant features. Gaining acceleration, saving fuel, and reducing wear and tear on the mechanical components are all benefits of being in this aerodynamically ideal position. You can also make a rapid pass if you time it properly.
