Battle Grand Prix

Description

The racing video game Battle Grand Prix is based on Formula One, and it allows one or two players to compete against each other in three different Grand Prix events. The game gives the players a choice between 40 fictitious drivers and 24 different teams to compete with. Even when the player is playing by himself, the game is always displayed in split-screen mode; in this case, the opponent who is directly behind or ahead of the player is shown in the other window. In the garage, one can make changes to the settings of their vehicle. During a race, pit stops provide an opportunity to make any necessary repairs to the vehicle. An early retirement from the race is another consequence that can result from crashing the player's car.

The player has the option of selecting from one of the following four game modes:
Survival requires you to cross the finish line in a position that is at or below a certain threshold, which is based on the difficulty of the race.
In the game mode known as Champion VS Slot, the control of the vehicle is handled automatically. The players' only responsibilities are to pay attention to the gas and brake pedals when they are in the game.
The game offers players a choice between three different difficulty settings: Beginner, Pro, and Expert.
