Jane's Combat Simulations: WWII Fighters

Description
The year 1998 saw the release of the combat aviation simulation video game known as Jane's World War II Fighters. It is a part of the Jane's Combat Simulations franchise and has its action take place in the European theater of operations during World War II. The game was seen as a commercial failure, which helped lead to the discontinuation of the Jane's Combat Simulations product line.
The events of the game take place in late 1944 and early 1945, during the Battle of the Bulge. The game includes some of the most recognizable fighter planes from World War II. In addition to that, it had a digital museum in which users could view interviews with famous fighter pilots like George Unwin and Günther Rall as well as profiles of other types of aircraft.
During World War II, you can choose to act as a pilot for either the Allies or the Germans. You will only get the opportunity to fly fighters, but the variety of aircraft available to you is rather impressive, ranging from the FW-190, BF-109, and Me-262 to the P-51, P-47, P-38, and the Spitfire. Although there is a lot of information to take in, getting started and flying is relatively simple. You can choose to play single missions or begin a career if you want to. Either way, you have options.
