Ghoul Patrol
Description
Ghoul Patrol is an action horror game released in 1994 on the Super Nintendo console. This game is a spiritual sequel to the previous title Zombies Ate My Neighbors and features a similar gameplay style.
The game takes place in a world filled with monsters, vampires, werewolves and other twisted creatures. Playing the role of two Ghoul Patrol agents, the player must explore different locations while fighting hordes of terrifying enemies. During the game, the player can collect various weapons and use different abilities such as teleportation or invasion, which thickens the atmosphere.
One of the biggest attractions of this game is the variety of enemies that the player has to face. Each type has a different behavior and combat strategy, which adds a high level of difficulty and challenge to the game. The graphics of the game are of a very high quality for its time, and through the detailed environments one can distinguish different types of monsters.
One of the few problems with this game is the limited cooperation in the two-player mode. Occasionally it happens that one player can be murdered and then the other player has to continue alone. This can be frustrating, but due to the game's high level of fun, it's only a minor flaw.
Overall, Ghoul Patrol is a great sequel to Zombies Ate My Neighbors. It offers a high difficulty, a variety of enemies, and overall creates a dark and creepy atmosphere. If you are a fan of horror games, you should definitely not miss Ghoul Patrol.
