Banana

Description

The puzzle game Banana is modeled by the Mole Mole series of games, in which the objective is to guide a mole through a series of stages in order to reach the level's exit. The undertaking is not as straightforward as it may first appear. To begin, the mole has neither the ability nor the desire to jump or ascend unless there is a ladder nearby. Therefore, you need to make sure that you plan your route in advance so that you don't get caught at the bottom. The second problem is that boulders will roll down and impede your path. And third, you are married. Congratulations! Your first order of business should be to locate her, and then to safely guide her to the exit. Sometimes the wife will make things more difficult for you, causing you to look for other exits or routes to go. However, there will be instances when she will assist you by moving stones out of the way and clearing the path for you.

On each and every level, there is also an assortment of food strewn about, most notably bananas. If you have collected a sufficient number of those fruits, you will be able to advance to the next level. You will also earn superpowers by eating bananas, which will enable you to bypass areas of the level that you believe to be too challenging. The player uses nothing but the game's four direction buttons throughout the whole experience. There are no foes to fight and it is impossible to perish, however it is possible to become hopelessly mired in one place, in which case you will need to start a level again.
