The gameplay of Gekitotsu Dangan Jidsha Kessen: Battle Mobile is very similar to that of Spy Hunter, both in terms of perspective and objective; however, the vehicle you control in Battle Mobile is not quite as high tech an instrument as the vehicle you control in Spy Hunter. You have an unlimited missile launcher, but the missiles can only destroy helicopters. Dash into ground-based targets in order to force them off the road and eliminate the threat. Even when you are not being harassed by adversaries, the health of your vehicle is gradually deteriorating, which is why it is imperative that you grab the occasionally spawning items that can replenish your energy supply. You can pick up shields and put them in storage, and doing so will temporarily make your vehicle immune to any damage it sustains.
