Ravenloft: Stone Prophet
Description
A space-time vortex materialized out of nowhere, and immediately after, two daring explorers went through it. It led to Har'Akir, a scorching desert inhabited by ferocious animals who strike dread into the few peaceful villages that are located there. Discovering the location of the Stone Prophet, which is a wall of an obelisk with cryptic hieroglyphs written on it, is the one and only way out of this miserable area. The adventurers are tasked with locating the route that leads to the Stone Prophet; but, the cursed mummy of the ancient pharaoh Anhktepot is following their every move...
Ravenloft: Stone Prophet is the second installment in the Ravenloft series and a sequel to Ravenloft: Strahd's Possession. It uses the same graphics engine, and the gameplay is based on the same system. Exploration and combat are both experienced from a first-person perspective, and fights take place in real time. Character creation and combat are both governed by the rules of the Advanced Dungeons & Dragons role-playing game, the same rules as govern the original game. The player has the option of importing two characters from an earlier game or creating two brand new characters. It is possible to find up to four new characters out in the open world of the game and bring them into your group.
The game's location, which is a desert that is reminiscent of the desert in Egypt, has added a new gameplay feature in the form of the have to drink water on a regular basis. When the heroes travel into the desert, they must either bring an adequate supply of water with them at all times or use spells that create water.
