Description

Another instalment in the sports-themed Nekketsu High game series, this one sees the students of Nekketsu High School going at each other's throats while competing in a baseball game.

The game can be played in single player, versus mode, or in a tournament or story mode. The gameplay itself is comparable to that of other baseball video games in the sense that it separates the various phases of the game (such as hitting, pitching, running bases, etc.) into separate "mini games" that each have their own camera angles and user interfaces. This is done in order to simulate the realism of the real sport.

You can play rough by sneaking punches and kicks to "bend" the rules a bit, as is typical of a Nekketsu game, and you can also use the "ki" or willpower of your players to trigger special moves. Strategic management is limited to specifying different base strategies and behaviours for each player.
